The company was founded by three friends: Jorge González, who plays keyboards and percussion in Vetusta Morla, produces the radio broadcast “El hombre que se enamoró de la Luna” [The man who fell in love with the moon] and is co-directing the music school “Mi Lupe” in Madrid; Josechu Gómez, programmer and manager of famous venues located in Madrid for ten years, such as Costello Club and Siroco, a junior editorial in the company Slim Music Publishing, and professional musician in Spanish bands, such as Pasajero, Nudozurdo, Zoo, and Nutopia; Chus Gómez, filmmaker and camera operator who has worked for some of the most important television and film production companies in Spain and Latin America.

Their activities include management, booking, artistic advisory, record label company services and audiovisual services amongst others, and all these activities converge on music.
